Manages and controls the store operations in the achievement of monthly sales targets in order to achieve or exceed the annual business plan objectives. Ensures the smooth and uninterrupted operations of all processes in the store and upholds the operational standards and core commercial aspects of the business as per company policy and procedures.Duties & Responsibilities:Coach, Motivate, develop, manage and Inspire a team of more than 25 members.Developing and Maintain Sales, Profit, and Loss (P&L).Delivering Store fundamental principles of customer service.Set action plans to optimize product and stock management.Execute plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitabilityMaintaining Visual directives and standards are maintainedMaintains a high level of customer focus and leads by example with clear and engaging communicationEnhance brand loyalty by empowering the team to create a natural and personable experience for customersDevelop a balance of strong business acumen and interpersonal skills. Becoming the brand ambassador.Qualifications:Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting at the same level.Minimum Bachelor Degree at any fieldConfident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.Strong leadership potentialAbility to lead by exampleAnalytical and intuitive mindset to drive innovationTeam player mentalityLanguage requirements Include: Fluent English
