This involves planning sales, marketing and activities for Big Bike selling efforts of the stores.Tasks:Effective supervision of all personnelPlanning, implementation and monitoring of sales and marketing programs to meet targetsMonitoring and maintaining all assets under his supervision.Lead Strategic Sales Planning and Marketing Plan development and Activities for Big Bikes.Negotiation on dealership agreements, store construction, and marketing activities support.Dealership contract, memorandum, promos and related documentation management.Coordination on product launches and industry events.Coordination on motorcycle, parts and accessories inventory availability and deliveries.Coordination on supplier meetings and follow-through on agreed deliverables.Monthly activity plan and budget approval.QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Big Bikes Motorcycle / Retail/General or equivalent.BIG BIKES RIDER and has ties in the community is an advantageFull-Time position(s) available.Specialization: Retail Sales
