Job Description• Accountable for coordinating and following up on regional retail marketing activities, POSM deployment, in-store merchandising, store construction, and image upgrading activities deployment• Working closely with Retail marketing, Store Development section, Regional Sales managers, dealers, mall management, and assigning Retail Supervisors in the execution of such activities to optimize sales performance• Tracks and monitor deployment status and provide a progress update on a timely basis.• Conduct region store development data analysis, collate and provide competitive market information for region action planning.Qualifications-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.-Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.-Required Skill(s): Account Management, Organizing, Planning, Client Oriented-Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.-Well-know about the mobile phone industry-At least 3 to 5 years Mobile phone working experience as supervisor to managerial-Well-communication skill and project management capability-Prefer from mobile industry but not required
