Job description

Store Assistants ensure that store operations are carried out effectively and efficiently for maximum customer satisfaction. Their day-to-day duties include:

Keeping the store fully stocked Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditionsDelivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction Good customer relations and ability to identify their needs and preferencesOperating cash registers and point-of-sale machines Receiving and verifying the quality and quantity of new deliveriesInventory of all products, supplies and materialsEnforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulationsHands-on preparation of cake products for dispatch

Qualifications

Graduate of Food related courses; NC11 an advantage3-5 years of practical experience as Store Assistant in a bakeshop or food related storePatient, eager to learn, detail oriented, bibo, trustworthy, responsible Good customer service and communication skillsPassion or skills in baking.-
