The Store Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the entire store based on SQC standards that include the delivery of total customer satisfaction through quality products and excellent customer service.He/she ensures the attainment of store sales and expense productivity targets.He/she is responsible for the implementation of store operations standards, company rules and regulations, and motivating the entire store team to reach set targets.He/she creates a high-performance culture in the store by adopting people management practices that emphasize empowerment, quality, and service excellence.-
