Outbound Sales Representative- Metro Manila

Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Guest Service Representative (CSR) for our Transcom Pasig site. This role will focus on driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

Visit us at Ground Floor, Transcom Bldg, Frontera Verde Compound, Las Fiestas, Pasig City from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM every Monday- Friday.

Join our Transcom Family as a Guest Service Representative (GSR)

GSRs main task is to offer a full range of exceptional service to guests of assigned Transcom client(s). These types of tasks can be performed via a multitude of venues to include by not limited to: phone, fax, chat, mail, and/or e-mail. 

GSRs will provide customer service support that includes, but is not limited to: handling of incoming calls and emails from guests. 

GSRs are expected to provide customer services while maintaining a professional demeanor that is accurate, polite, and within the guidelines of the client contract. 

GSRs work dues can also include data input to Clients’ programs and other back office tasks. The back-office tasks should be made on the first opportunity, precisely, without mistakes. 

GSRs must maintain minimum KPI’s.

People are our business, all GSRs are required to maintain high customer service skills through: actively listening to the guests' issues, asking probing questions that help resolve the guest’s questions while maintaining demeanor and enthusiastically implement the tools given to improve the quality of their work.

What we are looking for:

To qualify for this role you must… 

Ability to demonstrate a polite, calm, and courteous tone and demeanor 

Strong organizational skills and willingness to follow processes, procedures, and policies ● Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills 

Good understanding of online store processes and flows 

Ability to demonstrate aptitude for so skills (active listening, paraphrasing, empathy) ● Ability to provide a quiet distraction free work environment 

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Successful verification of required equipment that meets client minimum requirements (such as ISP service) 

Successful completion of criminal background check 

Hold a high-school diploma or equivalent higher qualification

Have a good understanding of CRM best practices 

Have worked in a call center environment 

Have experience interacting with customers (phone, chat, email, in person)

Have experience working in a virtual environment
