Responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Overseeing local sales, promotions, and campaignsDeveloping a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenuesSetting individual sales targets with sales teamevaluating performance of sales staff - Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales RepresentativesDirecting and coordinating all sales activities locallyTracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metricsHandling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or serviceConducting market research and competitor and customer analysisProviding feedback, support and coaching to the sales teamEnsure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance proceduresProvide suggestions on system enhancementsContribute to the team effort by achieving targeted resultsCooperate effectively with other departments as necessary

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Business degree or related professional qualificationExperience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategyTechnical sales skillsProven experience in customer relationship managementKnowledge of market researchExperience in managing and directing a sales teamRelevant product and industry knowledge (Finance will be considered a plus)Solid understanding of digital sales platformsExperience with relevant software applications-
