Job Description

The Tasks/Responsibilities of the position are as follows:

Responsible for delivering category sales growthLeads the Merchandising Team that handles Third Party AgenciesDrive e-commerce sales performance through the right commercial acumen, assortment, correct pricing, and on & offsite promotionAchieve high brand visibility and full distribution of company's portfolio of products in consumer businessKey lead for Trade Promotion & ActivationPlan marketing strategies for the year and the budget for development, growth and planning of operational goals

Qualifications:

Experience in Category Development, Activations, and E-commerceBackground on materials management / procurementE-commerce account management experiencePreferably with 3-5 years of experience in FMCGHigh level of business acumen, particularly in various FMCG products, and a deep understanding of the local market and consumer behaviorStrong communicator and people manager with the proven track record of motivating and influencing teams
