As a Customer Interaction Center Telemarketer, you will be responsible of:

Processing PO's received from online / E-Commerce WebsiteProviding adequate information pertaining to SOI products and services, policies, procedures and other requirements of different principals.Handling incoming and outgoing calls (inquiries, bookings, follow-ups, sales leads, etc.)Handling customer complaints and provides possible solutions,Coordinating with the proper authorities for solution/sSending daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensures that agreed service level / metrics are met

To be qualified for this role, the following are the minimum requirements:

1-2 years Customer Service experienceGood Communication SkillsSkills in Problem Solving, Solution-Oriented, ProactiveHaving deep insights into products/services and internal processes
