To direct and lead the overall internal audit activities of all the brands under the Max's Group, designed to provide independent and reasonable assurance that internal controls are in place and are functioning as intended, and will enable the Max's Group's objectives and goals to be met.To manage the internal audit function for all the brands aimed to determine the level of compliance with significant company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations, and franchise agreements, of company-owned stores/business units and franchised stores, respectively.Degree in BS AccountancyCPA and, preferably CIAShould be from audit firms preferably from big 4With at least ten (10) years of solid experience in the field of auditing, preferably in the food industryWith at least five (5) years of experience in managerial capacityExcellent understanding of the standards of Internal Audit for multinational companies or publicly listed entitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsDetail-oriented but able to quickly grasp the big pictureExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work effectively with different levels of organizational hierarchyCapable of a rigorous analytical approach and result orientedDemonstrates personal qualities and credibility to lead, develop, and motivate teamMust be pro-active, professional, independent, objective and ethical
