Key Responsibilities Include:
Financial Modeling and Business Valuation Prepare and/or review financial models and/or business valuations which will be used in screening and e
valuating investment opportunities of the Company. This could include gathering data, working with other departments and assisting external advisers on the preparation of financial models and business valuations.Development and Implement Company-wide policies and procedures Work with the Finance and Accounting Group to ensure that Company-wide policies are developed and optimized in a timely manner. This includes gathering of data, researching, and preparing the relevant materials suitable and applicable to the policies and procedures
Basic Job Requirements:
Must have Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business/AccountingRelevant work experience in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and/or corporate financeCPAAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholdersJob related technical knowledge necessary to complete the jobAbility to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/natio
