Job Description
· Provide core finance and accounting functions including month-end close process and reconciliation activities
· Recommend and implement processes, projects, or outputs that will maximize productivity and efficiencies
· Prepare reports and analyses on the financial performance of the company compared to Budget, Prior Periods, or Forecast and highlight and present key trends that will impact management decisions
· Collaborate with different teams internally within Finance and across multi-functional teams to deliver value to the company
· Coaches and transfers knowledge to less experienced team members and process users
· Assist in periodic BIR/LGU tax audit compliance
· Performs ad hoc tasks as required by the department
Job Qualifications:
· Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA
· With knowledge in ERP Accounting System
· Proficient in MS Excel formulas and functions
· At least 5 years of working experience in corporate finance and taxation, financial planning, and cost accounting.
· Strong technical, analytical, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Has a background in wholesale and retail business operating processes and practices
· Willing to be assigned in Marilao, Bulacan
