An Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and COO, managing the organization’s office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering docu
ments and attending to logistics of meetingsAccurately recording minutes from meetingsAnswer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive(s)Prioritize emails and respond when necessaryMaintain various records and docu
