Bilingual Administrative Officer
(PHP 30,000 ~ 35,000)

Responsibilities:
● Assist in day-to-day activities of the company
● Communicate with English learners, Japanese and Filipino clients regarding lesson or meeting schedules, concerns and other related matters via email, chat, video or phone calls in Japanese and in English
● Perform general administrative duties
● Meet and greet clients, longstayers, partners and stakeholders
● Provide interpretation and translation service during meetings with clients and partner companies
● Liaise with other government offices especially PRA to assist SRRV clients and oversee the application process
● Coordinate with Japanese staff concerning longstay and SRRV clients and other concerns
● Check and update attendance records of learners
● Check SNS platforms and assist in creating weekly social media posts
● Attend monthly General Meetings every first Sunday of the month
● Perform other duties as requested by Management
Requirements:
● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
● Required language: English (oral and written); Japanese (N3~ N1 Level) Certificate required
Skills:
● Excellent interpersonal skills, good working knowledge in PC hardware/ software troubleshooting, with good organizational skills
● Demonstrates professionalism
● Have knowledge on using Canva and an eye for design
● Have a working PC/Laptop with stable internet connection (10Mbps minimum), headset, and microphone with clear sound
● Willing to learn and take on additional tasks with value
● Willing to undergo a 2-week training with compensation. If trainee passes, they can start with full-time schedule (probationary period of 6 months)
● Willing to work on holidays, from early afternoon to 10pm on weekdays, and 9AM to 7PM on Saturdays
● Friendly, patient and can work well with others
● Have self-discipline, self-starter and a positive attitude
Urgent requirement.
Hybrid work setup; employees may need to report to the office once in a while, or when deemed necessary.
