The Pre-boarding Partner is responsible for administrative pre-boarding activities for newly hired Tenet employees.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Schedule new hire drug screens and physicals, as needed
• Assist with offer letters and PCNs
• Follow-up, collect and clear pending backgrounds
• Follow-up, collect and clear pending drug screens and physicals
• Navigate the employees through the pre-boarding process
• Maintain accuracy of employee onboarding information (e.g. submission of forms, required trainings)
• Serve as escalation point for employees to resolve any inquiries or identified issues during the onboarding process
• Act as a liaison between employees and Tenet to ensure all new hire requirements are met
• Verify credentials based on organization job description
• Launch new hire paper work
• Maintain hospital orientation rosters
