• For BS Nursing-RN, Registered Physical therapy, Occupational therapy and Speech therapist must have at least 6 months of clinical setting experience if NO BPO experience.
• For BS Nursing graduate and Therapist graduate only must have at least 1 – 2 years experienced in handling a US healthcare account
• Ideally with experience reading hospital / clinical Chart
• Preferred but not required knowledge in Medical Coding ICD-10
• Knowledge with US Insurance and previous experience with: Skilled Nursing facilities, Medical Records
• Ideally with inbound or outbound calling experience
• Analytical/Critical Thinker, Detail Oriented, Highly Organized, Attention to detail
• Above average English Language proficiency in both verbal & written
• Tech Savvy; Proficient in reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel & Word, Typing 50wpm
• Willing to work onSITE in Ortigas, Pasig (One San Miguel Avenue Building)
• FRESH GRADUATES OF MEDICAL RELATED COURSE ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
