nforms to ICD-10 coding guidelinesProvides second-level review of performances to ensure compliance with Client-mandated procedural policies to identify under coded and up coded services;Prepares reports of findings and meets with the team to provide insights to help educate and calibrate the team on accurate coding practices and compliance issues.Researches, analyzes, and respo
nds to inquiries regarding compliance, inappropriate coding, denials, and billable services.Trains, instructs, and/or provides technical support to medical providers and Medical Coding Analysts as appropriate regarding coding compliance docu
mentation, and regulatory provisions, and third party payer requirements.Reviews, develops, modifies, and/or adapts relevant client procedures, protocols, and data management systemsInteracts with the team and management to review and/or implement codes and to update charge docu
ments.Attends coding conferences, workshops, and in-house sessions to receive updated coding information and changes in coding and/or regulations when needed.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
