Job Description

Process managers evaluate and improve the business process. Process managers ensure the efficiency of business operations and create and implement changes or improvements when necessary. They generate documentation of existing processes and improvements and forecast expected results of process changes.

Responsible for evaluating the efficiency and costs of established processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes. may also be required to update process documents and conduct efficiency audits.

evaluate Existing Business ProcessesMeeting with operations teams/managers to discuss business objectives.Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.Identifying areas of improvement and Create documentation Detailing Process ImprovementsCreating and presenting process improvement reports.Overseeing the implementation of new business processes.Troubleshooting and improving new processes.Updating process and procedure policies.Conducting ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations.Stating up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies.

Deep understanding of business management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams. Ultimately, a top-class process manager is able to identify and improves key processes, thereby reducing staff costs, service costs, and service times

at least 4 years experience as a process owner, business process manager or process analyst

Amenable to work in Quezon City
