Brief Description of the Job:
The Agriculturist ensures the daily routine of seeding, transplanting, harvesting, fertilization, and packing are completed; ensures sanitation protocol is completed; assists in the execution of tasks required by the Agripreneur (Immediate Supervisor). To assist in the overall tasks to ensure the completion of a cycle in the greenhouse. Will assist in the application of plant protection and mixing of fertilizers and gather data at a specific time; to comply with all data needed by Agripreneur (Immediate Supervisor).
Minimum Qualifications:
> 0-1 year of experience
> BS Agriculture graduate
> Has attention to detail, punctuality, honesty, attitude towards work, motivation to learn, can work under pressure, and flexibility.
Will be assigned in Tagum City.
