OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Team Leader will work within the Freight & Logistics Unit Accounting/Billing tracking invoices, audits, tracking records through the approval process, and preparing, submitting, and collecting freight concerns, and disputes from carriers & end customers. He/she will also ensure accurate compliance with the process, making regular follow-up's timely replies to emails or inquiries from end customers in compliance with administrative policies and regulations.
The Team Leader will be responsible for having daily discussions with the clients and responsible for taking escalations
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a team of 5 billing agents, including a quality analyst
Analyze, track, and report non-compliance for billing process improvement.
Maintain record-keeping performance records
Monitor the daily, weekly & monthly performance of the team members, with a close watch on the incoming new queries and long pending inquiries.
Provide effective customer service to internal and external representatives in all areas of invoice billing processes.
