Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree.
2. Must have three (3) years of work experience as Logistic Supervisor/Warehouse Supervisor.
3. Must be knowledgeable in warehouse operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise logistic inbound activities, operations, and manage KPI (raw materials and packaging materials availability as per production run, FIFO/FEFO, picking and issuance accuracy, issuance and receiving efficiency).
2. Review inventory needs and manage adequate stock level of raw materials.
3. Manage staff assignment, task delegation, and evaluation of all Logistics Inbound personnel.
4. Facilitate incoming deliveries.
5. Develop and implement warehouse process improvements.
6. Participate in scheduled meetings as needed.
