What you'll be doing on a daily basis

80% email/chat support through our ticketing system FRESHDESK, 20% call support for urgent inquiriesUse your knowledge of our systems & platforms to troubleshoot complex client queries promptly before escalating to the Team Leader/Supervisor for appropriate resolution when necessary; Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favorable experience for our customers Share knowledge and upskill other team members both in Australia and Philippines

Requirements:

OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES or with 6-12 months relevant work experience in customer serviceYou have impeccable English skills both verbal and writtenYou are passionate and proactive in delivering customer experienceYou are flexible, happy to work in an AU shift and in a temporary work from home set-upStable internet connection (at least 10 -15 mbps)Amenable to work in MAKATI.
