Job Description

We are URGENTLY looking for US Registered Nurses (USRNs) & PHRNs for one of our prestigious BPO partner in Ortigas, Pasig or Cebu IT Park. See below details:

USRN:

Salary ranges from PHP40K to PHP85K (can still be discussed based on applicant's experience).Must have an ACTIVE LICENSE (due to client's need) preferrably NEW YORK license. License from other state/s can still be accommodated and processed for other projects.Must have an active PRC license.Must have 2 -3 years bedside HOSPITAL experience and/or 1 year bedside experience.Temporary WORK-FROM-HOME setup but applicant should be amenable to work on our sites in Ortigas, Pasig or Cebu IT Park when required.Flexible to work on shifting schedules if client/business need like weekends, holidays, and night shift (if needed).

PHRN:

Salary ranges from PHP30K to PHP40K (can still be discussed based on applicant's experience).Must have an active PRC license.Must have 2 -3 years bedside HOSPITAL experience and/or 1 year bedside experience.Applicant should be amenable to work on our sites in Ortigas, Pasig or Cebu IT Park when required.Flexible to work on shifting schedules if client/business need like weekends, holidays, and night shift (if needed).

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to customer service inquiries and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the customer needs. This may include, among others, inquiries or concerns on their benefits, eligibility and claims.Guide and educate the customer about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics to help manage their health and well-being. To do this, provide guidance in selecting the best benefit plan options and choosing a quality care provider.Intervene with care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance, when needed.Provide our customer real time resolutions or through comprehensive and timely follow-up with the member.Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so.

Required Qualifications:

Valid and unrestricted USRN and/or PRC licenseMinimum of 1 year of hospital experience in a critical care unit (ICU/Medical-Surgical/Telemetry)Clinical competence in understanding hospital care and care coordinationDetail-oriented and organizedCritical thinking skillsAbove average communication and customer service skillsComputer skills and technical aptitude
