Job Description
Key responsibilities:
· Answer inbound calls, emails and/or chat from customers ranging from product information, product inquiries, complaints, follow ups, etc.
· Connect with existing customers to gauge general satisfaction and get insights on how to improve our products and services.
· Contact potential customers or leads to explain the product or service that the company offers.
· Basic knowledge on accessing the existing system and tools in handling issues and concerns
Job requirements:
· Good to excellent English communication skills (C1 to C2 English Level proficiency both in Reading and Writing)
· Excellent customer service, sales and technical skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
· Highschool Diploma/Certificate or equivalent
· Experience working in the BPO industry is preferred but not required
