WHAT THIS POSITION IS about - PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to develop and deploy all digital products across JTIP Marketing & Sales. The incumbent, paired in a squad with a Digital Products & Deployment Manager, will be respo
nsible for digital ecosystem development (not exhaustive to the website - desktop & mobile platforms, e-commerce, loyalty/rewards programs) and UI/UX.As part of the Digital Products & Deployment team with colleagues managing digital products across JTIP Marketing & Sales, the incumbent leads & manages assigned digital products projects (RMC / RRP / Trade / Field Marketing / SIBI), ensuring on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget delivery, ensuring a seamless and frictio
nless user experience in all digital products for all JTIP audiences (adult smokers, customers, internal stakeholders).
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website Project Management & Execution:Collaborate with M&S end-user stakeholders (RMC brand groups, RRP, Field Marketing, SIBI, T&CP), CX, IT & Legal, and identify resources for the development and deployment of digital platforms and programs, ensuring full compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal guidelines. nitor current & new digital initiative performance metrics and track overall brand performance in digital in order to ensure effective delivery.Website mapping, testing & improvement:Maps out all possible user scenarios for platform usage for each project and proposes ways to mitigate any potential risk to JTI. Leads the co
nduct of usability testing and UAT in all JTIP RMC digital projects prior to rollout to ensure that projects and platforms are understandable by end users. Identifies opportunities and pain points in upcoming and o
ngoing projects, campaigns, and/or platforms by tracking and mo
nitoring key digital metrics and proposing changes to further improve processes and user experience. Supports user journey creation by adopting established IT recommendations in the areas of architecture, design, and security.UI Design:Using the provided design & messaging co
