College Graduate
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, communications and marketing
· Past experience with Microsoft is required
· Expertise with Microsoft tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
· Results driven; strong analytical skills with exceptional verbal and written communication
· Fluency in English

We are looking for a tenacious individual motivated to support operations and programs for the team responsible for Digital Natives across Asia. You will ensure these teams are equipped and run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Operational Support:
· Monitor key reporting tools, drive analytics on key drivers and monitor all the relevant KPIs for DN business
· Support country sales and other appropriate teams to ensure reflection and recognition of deals
· Act a liaison to support cross-Asia teams on contracts, agreements
· Support for the preparation required for regular SLT updates
· Operational support for reporting, insights, and escalations
Program Management
· Support and facilitate program workflow for Asia with the following focus:
o Account targeting/nomination and prioritization
o Establishing and approving funding sources from existing programs, identifying new
o Facilitating the process with IOs, SOW review, PO issue/invoicing
o Pipeline monitoring and reporting
o Drive program accountability and alignment across the v-teams
· Orchestrate and run regular program management rhythm with v-team Asia
· Craft and deliver monthly communications through newsletters to stakeholders for regular program updates
· Support the business analysis required to incorporate & improve program execution strategy and provide the business analytics as part of regular business review rhythm
· Establish and maintain infrastructure (Teams, SharePoint site, resource libraries, etc.) to support the area teams
