Influencer Marketer
The Assistant Brand Managers of Influencer Marketing will be the leader of each team. They are responsible for managing the development and execution of influencer strategies for every content creator managed by their team.
This position will act as the internal liaison with The Cube and should be adept at prioritizing and managing multiple brands in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent contacts and industry relationships. The position calls for an enthusiastic, creative thinker who collaborates well with team members.
The Assistant Brand Manager should possess proven experience in creating influencer personal or third-party brands, story-development skills, the ability to effectively communicate results and have a genuine passion for building brands.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the initial analysis of the current situation of each co
ntent creator and establish the strategy and distribution of tasks within their team.Define the co
ntent management plan for each co
ntent creator: Calendar, co
ntent distribution, price setting for paid content.Create customized plans for each co
ntent creator that will include service rates and recommendations for them to achieve success in their career.Be in charge of the measurement of weekly, mo
nthly and quarterly objectives, report them to The Cube and lead meetings with their team to analyze and improve the strategy and tactics.Manage co

Requirements
Knowledge in Social Media and previous experience in creating perso
nal brands from scratchAbility to co
ntinually learn and stay updated on industry trends and platform updatesExperience related to the co
ntent creation industry: Current or former co
ntent creator, photographer, PR, event manager…Experience leading teams People and analytical skillsAccustomed to working remotely and by objectivesCapable of handling different calendars, scheduling co
