Job Description

Job Summary:

The GBS Salesforce Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring our teams across the globe receive the guidance, training and support they need to become proficient users in Salesforce, helping them to succeed in their roles, whilst getting the best use from the system and maximising adoption and effective use of the system use worldwide.

Accountabilities:

On-demand training for all users using the Salesforce application – this includes ad hoc requests and new joiners/moversOn-demand training for all users using the PowerBI Sales Reporting applicationThis includes ad hoc requests and new joiners/moversCreating or adjusting training content (video or PPT’s) on new or adjusted capabilities in Salesforce.com and Sales PowerBI AppMaintaining training content on centrally managed training repository i.e. Sales effectiveness training siteReviewing SFDC Adoption Dashboards and identifying areas where additional training for BU’s and Event teams maybe requiredReviewing ServiceNow tickets and identifying areas of additional training where the closure of the ticket is related to process not being followedBeing a global point-of-contact for anyone with a knowledge or training-related enquiry about using GBS SalesforceCreating and organizing training for specific roles within BU that utilize SFDCProducing a monthly view of training conducted for each BU

Other Qualifications/Requirements:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any fieldMust have at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positionHas a least 2-3 years’ experience in B2B sales as a Salesforce TrainerHas experience of delivering training workshops to participants of varying knowledge levels and IT literacyIs able to effectively identify and analyse problems and propose solutionsHas experience of working with a global team that operate across time-zonesIs able to both actively listen to and effectively question to understand another’s viewpointIs able to challenge others where necessary and uphold training standardsSalesforce Certification would be an advantage
