Qualifications:

Graduate of Sociology or any related course.Minimum of 5 years experience in social work, community building and engagements.Must have a financial management background.Should have a background in community relations, stakeholder management, engagement, and project management.

Job Summary:

The Foundation Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Foundation and cultivating relationships with Citicore’s host communities, including fundraising groups.

Major Responsibilities:

Develops, manages, and articulates the overall strategies for the long-term financial plan of the Foundation;Handles the process of accreditation of the Citicore Foundation and ensures its eligibility for fund-raising projects to ascertain CSR activities;Builds and fosters strong relationships with sponsors to ensure the longevity of the relationship and their investment.
