Digital Marketing Specialist

(MS Office, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign), WordPress, linkedIn)

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Running marketing campaigns (social media, email, e-newsletter, etc)

● Email marketing software management (creating lists, scheduling, creating automated email

sequences, welcome, onboarding, engagement, retention)

● Social media management (creating, scheduling, tracking linkedIn posts, blog, YouTube, Twitter

handling)

● Creating and editing content for multiple platforms (web, e-newsletters, video, brochures, social

media, blogs, case studies)

● SEO optimisation

● Create, manage and update websites (WordPress)

● Marketing strategy execution

● Advertisement campaigns (potentially run and manage Google advertisements and AdWords)

● evaluate marketing efforts (track marketing efforts and results via reporting)

Qualifications and Experience:

● At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role

● Strong copywriting skills in English - suitable for email, website and social

● Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), WordPress & Microsoft

Office 365

● Experience in email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo or equivalent)

● Google AdWords experience is a plus

● SEO Optimisation experience is a plus

● Managing social media channels (linkedIn in particular) is a plus

● BA in Marketing or equivalent (advantageous)

● Attention to detail, accurate, methodical

● Efficient with excellent time management

● Agile/Can work autonomously

● Quick Learner
