Caspio is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager who will be responsible for strategizing, designing, and executing email marketing campaigns. This role will have a high level of responsibility and team visibility, reporting to the Demand Generation Director, with a dotted line to the Vice President of Global Marketing. You will own and execute Caspio’s email marketing program from planning to implementation and continuous optimization.
As the expert on the company’s email marketing strategy, you will drive Caspio’s lead generation and nurturing programs via email. You will propose and execute campaigns to produce net new leads through outbound email prospecting/third-party services. You are also responsible for engaging existing accounts to generate revenue, using email as your channel.
We are looking for a highly self-sufficient, detail-oriented, creative, and analytical person that wears a content marketing and lead generation hat, where email is simply the distribution channel. This role will be measured on lead generation and conversion rate metrics and is expected to be a significant contributor to top-of-funnel marketing activity.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in digital and email marketing for B2B technology companies.Ability to quickly grasp technical co
