The Sales and Marketing Manager in Laguna is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans, providing sales forecasts and targeting positive revenues. The Sales and Marketing Manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff, including third party agents by way of communication with agency managers and team leaders, and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.
