WHAT THIS POSITION IS about - PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to support the E-commerce Manager in establishing, managing and driving forward JTIP’s e-commerce channels, both owned and third-party (shop-in-shop) across desktop and mobile platforms for consumers and users.
As a member of the e-commerce team, along with a specialist colleague responsible for B2C e-commerce, the incumbent is particularly concerned with building and developing a deep understanding of the needs, pain points and motivations of JTIPs trade team. They take responsibility for ensuring that the team delivers e-commerce solutions that most effectively and efficiently meet the JTIP's trade team needs.
They should further have the necessary skills and experience in product & e-commerce project management to effectively support the team in ensuring that the B2B e-commerce solutions maximize JTIP’s opportunity to engage with JTIPs trade partners.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
E-commerce solutions: to support the team in building e-commerce solutions for the JTIP portfolio in coordination with internal IT teams as well as external suppliers. Liaise with other teams to seamlessly launch and maintain e-commerce assets to ensure timely and proper execution and compliance. Help in localizing assets as necessary and optimizing co

nsumer in the e-commerce team, working with business intelligence and brand team to develop an in-depth understanding of the needs, pain points and motivations of the Philippines digital co
nsumer (and SOB) to ensure the delivery of consumer-centric e-commerce solutions that most effectively and efficiently meet those needs.Measurement & Data analysis: Identifies, tracks, and analyzes key e-commerce metrics (qualitative and quantitative data) to drive co

nline shopping experience and to achieve overall e-commerce strategic goals. This will include generating reports on weekly/mo
nthly sales, sell-through, offer/voucher performance, providing analysis and recommendations ba

Works closely with SI/BI in preparing required reports, dashboards to be shared with key stakeholders.E-Commerce Management: Experience in maintaining E-commerce channels, either owned and third-party (shop-in-shop). For Shop-in-Shop, experience in coordinating with platforms to enhance own SIS through optimizing creatives, proper search tagging, generating UTM codes for tracking, and generating relevant reports. For owned, experience mobilizing internal teams (IT, etc) and external vendors for seamless integration to maximize E-Commerce both as a Digital marketing channel as Digital sales channelOverall Category Support for Digital: Fulfills tasks necessary to ensure proper, timely, and best-in-class execution of Digital products and campaigns, which include but are not limited to: project management, co
