Role:
The role is responsible for assisting in CRM, E-commerce/E-retailer and Digital responsibilities. This role will sit within the digital department.
Your role will include, but are not limited to:
Customer Relations Management:
Co-ordinate the CRM calendar for your brand portfolio on a weekly basis and communicate with Digital and Marketing departmentCo-ordinate the end-to-end EDM and CRM programs, including the scheduling of all tactical sends, and development and maintenance of dynamic & automated sends.Updating and communication of calendar to share with the brand marketing team on fortnightly WIPS and communicate within key weekly newsletters
E-Retailer / E-commerce:
Assisting with increasing space within e-retailer business with the Head of Digital & E-commerce and Digital ManagerSupporting the general functions of the e-retailer business in line with the marketing plans across varied functions within, and beyond when requiredAssist with e-retailer product implementation according to e-retailer deadlines and specific systemsUpdat
e e-retailer brand calendarsAid with implementation of e-retailer co
ntent for all major e-retailers by brand portfolio when additio
nal space is negotiatedCommunicate and update e-retailer assistants with product updates and changes for product des
criptions, images, and visual expiry requirementsAssist with the launch of e-commerce (when planned)
Digital Media:
Assist in digital requirements, files, images and copy(set by global guidelines) from our external Digital and Social Media AgenciesEnsure all material is sent well in advance to external agencies to adhere with on counter dates (in market)Track all campaigns between digital agencies and local marketing teams, by o
ngoing communications or updating at fortnightly WIPS
Reporting:
Reporting preparation of performance of CRM send outs on a fortnightly basis to the Head of Digital and key stakeholders in the business; Marketing, Business owners and directorsPresenting all mo
