We are looking for a Customer Success Manager that will ensure the achievement of saturation targets of the assigned territory for the company’s e-RTM platform.

FACILITATION OF REGULAR WORKSHOPS AND MEETINGS
Facilitates various meetings and workshops as needed to equip the clients’ distributor teams to achieve key targets.These sessions include but are not limited to:Operations reviewsTraining Sessio

REQUIREMENTS
College GraduateComputer literacy
QUALIFICATIONS
Adequate understanding of General Trade operations.Familiarity with modern day tech solutions.Adept at using computers and cell phones.Ability to counsel, advise and influence.Ability to solve problemsAbility to negotiate Ability to teachAbility to communicate and train othersCreative, Flexible and Willing to learn new thingsAdaptable to the high-paced changes of the tech industryWilling to travel nationwide
