Work closely with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop yearly training planPlan, direct and also deliver in-house training programs, both technical as well as soft skills training, including orientation for new employeesLiaise closely with Assortment Team & Marketing Team to refresh materials for product training, implement guidelines, and sustain learning at front-endManages execution of visual merchandising guidelines and mo

nditions of POSSource, plan and coordinate with external training providers on all approved programs and ensure training e
valuation is reviewed, progress is tracked.Ensure co
nstant coaching to sales staff pertaining to areas of improvement flagged out via stakeholder feedback when necessary including SA grooming, perso
