Job Qualifications:
A. Educational Attainment
He/she is a graduate of four (4) year courses: Management, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or Accounting or any other equivalent program.
B. Work Experience
He/she has one (1) year or above of sales or marketing experience. Experience in finance, insurance, and lending companies is a plus. (FRESH graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
C. Competency Skills
1. He/she must be personable, energetic, ambitious, results-oriented, data-driven, and a team player.
2. He/she must have good communication, marketing, selling, and presentation skills.
3. He/she must be interested in a career in banking, lending, and finance and must be proficient in basic mathematics.
4. He/she possesses a basic working knowledge of the lending or finance industry and general financial products, and industry's market dynamics.
5. He/she must be excellent in spoken and written English.
6. He/she has proficient computer skills and/or is willing to be trained.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
A Sales & Credit Associate will be primarily responsible for: 1. securing leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and assisting them to apply for loans at the company's Automated Lending Machines; 2. communicating loan structures and general financing terms and conditions, and repayment schedules; 3. educating the clients on the benefits of establishing credit scoring and maintaining good credit scores; 4. establishing a positive communication channel with clients; and, 5. making reminder phone calls and text messaging to clients.
