Job Title: LPG Cylinder Sales Manager
The LPG Cylinder Sales Manager is responsible for growing the new LPG business of Seaoil Philippines Incorporated.
`1. He/She will be tasked to develop the overall sales of our LPG PIlot Project and ensure that our target volumes are reached.
2. Work with the Corporate Consumer Marketing team to initiate localized marketing programs to increase visibility of our LPG brand.
3. Review periodically, volume and profitability of the department and recommend actions plans and programs to meet all KPI’s.
4. Develop the LPG make strategy of the company and the seamless operation of our LPG pilot launch Job responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manages the performance of our LPG Cylinder Sales channel to ensure target volume and margins are attained.
2. Develop new customers from pilot LPG Cylinder Showrooms/Stores
3. Secure new LPG commercial customers in the areas where we operate
4. Represent the company in industry related meetings and events.
5. Constantly update the company in new legislation, roles and regulation set by DOE/DTI or LGU for the LPG industry.
6. Work with metal Management to optimize rotation rates to increase volume generation
7. Handles sales officers and guides the sales team to perform at the highest level.
8. Implement plans and programs commensurate with our CVP for LPG.
9. Participate in industry related activities in policing our cylinder assets in the market
