Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Our Store Manager for LOOK at Me Store is responsible for leading, supporting his store team and improving people practices and programs to achieve highest level of customer service standards and in-store execution to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets; also responsible for the consistent compliance to Retail Operation Standards (ROS) and government regulations.

Driving the store sales performance by ensuring 100% execution and implementation of sales and customer engagement strategies for all productsMonitoring and reviewing store sales performance, identifies gaps and create action plans for underperforming categoriesAchieving shrinkage budget below tolerance level thru day to day monitoring of ROS complianceEnsuring 100% execution and implementation of sales strategies for all key products and support strategic consignment partners, to ensure achievement of sales targetsImplementing Customer Service standards and initiatives to ensure high customer satisfaction levelsHandling and reporting product queries, complaints and offering advise professionally aligned with the Brand of Service Standards (BOS) and Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA) procedureAnalyzing current business processes, identifies gaps, recommending strategies to resolve and improve the gaps and overseeing execution of promotion and other marketing initiatives.Creating and executing action plans to ensure correction of noncompliance to ROS, basic Store Standards, Government Regulations, and other set of guidelines in the storeManaging the professional and personal development and engagement of all store team members to promote high performance
