THIS IS FOR HANDYMANFUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. SALESEnsure that store meets or surpasses the sales target of the store.2. CUSTOMER SERVICEProvide excellent customer service at all times.Attend to customer inquiries and complaints and takes immediate action and solution related to cashiering activities.Ensure that subordinates practice customer service at all times.3. MERCHANDISE DISPLAY & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGEMonitor deliveries of merchandise in the department.Ensure orderly and proper display of merchandise.Maintain store visual merchandising and housekeeping.Monitor and ensures stock level in the store at all times.Receive all deliveries and ensures accuracy of quantity, quality and identity of the stocks being delivered to the store.4. MERCHANDISINGEnsure correct price tags of each item to avoid losses.Ensure proper coordination with Merchandising regarding bestsellers and slow moving items.Ensure adequate merchandise stock level in the store at all times.Ensure proper orientation of sales clerks and promo clerks regarding merchandise features.5. REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTSMaximize the use of available resources (JDA/server).Prepare and submits the required reports on time.6. OTHERSPerform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS:Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any fieldPreferably with at least 1 year experience as Supervisor specializing in Sales (Retail/General) or its equivalentMust have above average communication and leadership skillsMust be computer literateApplicants must be willing to work in Handyman Gaisano Roxas
