BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Implement brand marketing plans of particular lines of products based on the strategy developed by the Product Development team. This person focused on the Marketing Operations and Implementation of the defined brand marketing strategy under the supervision of Brand
Marketing Section Head. Primary focus is to implement the marketing strategies of the product lines assigned and bring the
products to market, exhaust all channels available for the product and monitor progress of applied
marketing plans, and report back to management on the results.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate and formulate the Go-to-Market plan with the Product Development team.Mange & justify the necessary of budget requirement on a brand marketing level.Secure approvals and the implementation of the approved marketing plan for specific products assigned to them in their own respective underwriting lines.Co
nduct trainings, presentations and product information campaigns to all front-liners, account executives, branch managers and all available channels for their product(s). This includes dissemination of product marketing collaterals.Implement the brand marketing plan for new & existing Malayan Products.Recommend revisions in marketing plan that is deliberate and measurable to help increase top line of the assigned product to the Brand Section Head and/or to the Marketing Unit Head. Recommend for any marketing activities to supplement the marketing plan to include promotio
nal activities, letter writing initiatives, expo participation, ad insertions and sponsorships.Coordinate with other co
ncerned departments on the implementation of the approved or revised marketing plans for proper implementation.Mo
nitor the implementation of the approved or revised marketing plans.Measure the impact of the implemented marketing plans as against targeted and projected volume increases.Develop & implement ad-hoc and tactical marketing campaigns or promotions to support the growth for the product line.Bring up any co
ncern from any external customer regarding their products and coordinate with the co
ncerned departments, sections, units on the review, actions taken, and/or implementation of adjustments in the marketing plans.Help the Brand Section Head and Marketing Unit Head in identifying new potential channels of distribution, as well as in developing new products within their underwriting lines by doing market research, benchmarking, comparative analysis and information gathering.Prepare weekly report on status of all products/programs and promotions being done under their area of responsibility. Prepare a mo
nthly report for the Management Committee.Perform such other related functions as may be assigned by his/her superior/s from time to time.
