Job Description

The Brand Specialist oversees the over-all brand performance and manages/monitors the strategic merchandising & marketing and business of brands to ensure that target objectives are met.

Collaborates with different departments to ensure the team is set to achieve objectives.

Brand Specialists are the guardians of the brand and are responsible for ensuring that the products, services and product lines that fall under their brand resonate with current and potential customers. Brand Specialists act as brand owners ensuring the identity, personality, tone and equity of the brand are intact

Responsibilities:Formulates annual business/brand plans to set brand directions for the assigned brandsAttends global conferences and work with the Merchandising Team on correspondences to foreign principalsWorks with merchandising on product selection for season buys and merchandise mixMonitors performance of distribution channels and recommends appropriate actionsConceptualizes, implements and evaluates programs to build the brandCoordinates and negotiates with third advertising/ third party agencies for thematic campaigns.Collaborates with different departments to ensure the team is set to achieve objectives.Keeps abreast with industry trends and observes competitors for pricing and new product linesRecommends sales programs to further improve sales performanceManages and monitors A&P Budget of brands assignedPerforms Store Visits (offline and online) and conducts competitive analysisRequired skills:Brand ManagementSales and Revenue GenerationBusiness DevelopmentIntegrated MarketingMerchandising / Inventory ManagementMinimum Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Marketing or equivalent.At least 5 years of working experience in Retail or related industries is required for this position.Assistant Managers/ Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development/ Brand Management or equivalent, with advantageApplicants must be willing to work onsite in our Quezon City office.
