Co
nducts strategic market research, industry trends, competitor’s analysis and campaigns in line with company objectives in order to identify market requirements for current and future products and assess demand, brand positio
ning and awareness.Recommends effective sales and marketing strategies that are aligned to company objectives.Organizes a calendar of marketing events and maritime conferences/trade shows.Organizes promotio
nal events, including managing booth and training forums, seminars and doing customer interviews and focus groups.Assists in updating the company website and event presentations.Manages NTC’s social media channels, including Facebook, l
inkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms, including posting of regular updates on NTC products, question answering, troubleshooting.Sources advertising opportunities and places ads in the press, newspapers, magazines, radio, TV or maritime websites appropriate to the products and services.Coordinates the production of a wide range of marketing communications.Liaises with events coordinators to maximize visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate.Assists in the sales and marketing customer surveys.Assists in the registration process.Establishes and maintains collaborative and effective working relatio
nships with other departments to improve customer/trainee experience and satisfaction with NTC.
