Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy (or equivalent business course with units in Accounting)2 – 3 years work experience in BillingExcellent communication and customer service skillsKnowledgeable on MS Office specially in excel file shortcuts and excel file reports.SAP or eBT literate is an advantage.Amenable to work in BGC, TaguigOkay to work onsite from Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm; Saturday 8am-12nnWilling to work overtimeWilling to start immediately

Job Description:

1.     Billing aspect of the company. Prepares billing templates for upload on the system and printing of Statement of Accounts.

2.     Checks accuracy of the list of charges submitted by operations.

3.     Handling customer concerns on their statement of accounts and/or payment.

4.     Reconciliation of customer accounts.

5.     Communications thru email/mobile phone/phone/online platform such as viber regarding customer concerns.

6.     Other tasks to be delegated by Finance Manager.
