Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support to Marketing Manager and Owner in terms of implementing marketing plans and strategies for our brand. A Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that the company brand is presented consistently, identify marketing trends & opportunities for growth, and making sure that the company remains visible in the market. Some of the key duties and responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Helping conduct and collate findings from market research
- Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
- Creating marketing materials
- Giving presentations
- Creating content for social media channels; writing targeted content for website and blogs
- Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, and other social media accounts
- Liaising and strengthening relationships with suppliers and clients
- Identifying market trends and compelling marketing campaigns
- Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
- Updating Social Media accounts
- Maintaining Marketing Database
Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 1 year experience as Marketing Assistant is a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- A high level of attention to details
- Good organization skills
- Digital Marketing experience
