Responsibilities:Processes purchase requests and purchase ordersPR and PO verification for fixed assetsSets up both fixed assets payables and fixed assets modulesMonitors fixed assets transfersRecords advance payment for fixed assetsVerifies and checks completeness of documents prior to set up of payable in SAPPrepare and assists audit schedules relating to fixed assetsOther duties as directed Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Financial AccountingProficient in MS Office applications specifically in ExcelPreferably with knowledge in SAPWilling to work overtime and can meet cut-offs and deadlinesOrganized and attentive to detailsCan work with minimum supervisionApplicants must be willing to work in Pasig City
