Your essential responsibilities:Perform Accounts Payable accounting responsibilityIssue payments of purchases invoices, taxes, and expenses reports, including credit/debit note applicationMaintain Customer Master File set-ups, specifically for the new customers´ approval, following the AR workflow processInteract with customers, banks, 3rd party collections, employees and internal departments to speed up receivables. It includes an intensive follow-up with the plants to solve disputes (debit memos balance pending, past dues, cancelled/ returned invoices). Interact with the plants for hold releasesAnalyse/reconcile past due cases and be capable to identify the customers that need to be sent to the third-party collection companyResponsible for the month-end closing AR activities and reports relatedReport daily production control/output tracker and value stream managementCollates Daily shipment report (DSR) and Customer Service Report (CSR) in preparation for invoicingAudit weighing scrapsMaintain files & records of invoices, inward remittances documents and other related documentsPerform other tasks that may be assigned from time to timeIf you have/are:Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Business courseAt least 3 years of working experience in accounting functions such as AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Cost AccountingGood knowledge of Windows Office packages: Excel, Word and PowerPointSAP experience would be an advantageWilling to take responsibility and able to work under pressure, willing to learnKeen to detailsGood communication skillsSelf-motivated and good team spiritWe hope to hear from you now!
