REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must be a graduate of Accounting or Finance.With at least 4 years of accounting experience including at least 2+ years in public accounting and/or a technical accounting role in a multinational public company or pre-IPO/high growth companyWith Netsuite experience - ideal candidate is intermediate / proficient with Netsuite features including CSV imports and saved searchesIntermediate Excel skillsStrong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and take ownership of workDetail oriented: able to work with large volumes of data with speed and accuracy. Ability to self-check workAbility to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenStrong knowledge of key accounting concepts, GAAP, SOX controlsTime management to ensure timely completion of given tasks with accuracy.Successful candidate must be amenable to work from home temporarily.Can start ASAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare global bank account reconciliations on a monthly basisPrepare intercompany journal entries, reclass journal entries, and global expense report importsPrepare the US culinary accrual & culinary spend analytic on a monthly basisPrepare the monthly commission accruals, ensuring completeness and accuracyPrepare other month-end general ledger reconciliations as neededAssist with month-end variance analysis in FloQastPrepare audit support for team & ensure processes are SOX compliant
