Job Description

The Team: CUSIP Global Services is currently seeking a Customer Support/Order Management Specialist to join the team at our office in Manilla. This position requires a very high level of accuracy and a desire to work with others in reconciling issues. Working under daily deadlines is a key element to success and ensuring process quality.

The Impact: The specialist will work closely with the US Order Management and Fulfillment teams, US, EMEA and APAC Commercial teams to ensure that all orders are properly submitted and processed to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

This position reports directly to both the Director, CGS Customer Support and Manager CGS Data Licensing & Compliance

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Assisting Sales Representatives and our clients, at various points of the sales cycle, as well as the various degrees of maintaining a client relationshipWorking on various ad-hoc requests, such as putting together subscription agreements, submitting legal document requests to our legal department, addressing escalated billing inquiries, etc.Working on fee-waived deals and potentially assisting the Sales team on finding new leads

Basic Qualifications:

Detail-oriented and well-organizedMust have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Must be able to work independently, be accountable for processes/tasks performed, and understand when an issue should be escalated to management.Ability to multitask and reason beyond the scope of normal daily routineExcellent interpersonal skills to correspond by phone and email with key and senior level internal/external clients and/or counterparts.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and contracts.Must be willing to work onsite in our Taguig office.Willing to work in a EU business hours (midafternoon shift)

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience specializing in customer service, order management, and related roles.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Proficient in Salesforce. This is very important, considering a large portion of your responsibilities will require you to utilize this platformCan start ASAP
