Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Required skill(s): MS Office.Knows how to do lookup, pivot table, filtering, sorting, Excel formulas and creating charts.Advantage if you have basic knowledge or experience in VBA MACRORequired language(s): English, FilipinoAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.2 Full-Time position(s) available.

Qualifications:

At least one (1) year supervisory experience from a reputable organizationProblem solving and critical thinking skills.Should possess good research skills particularly using the webHas strong organizational and analytical skills – able to multi-task effectively and efficientlyShould have good communication skills, has to be fluent in both oral and written EnglishHas a keen eye for details, is a team player, fast learner, pro-active, flexible and patient

Essential Day to Day Responsibilities:

1. Monitors receipt of registers and inputs them into the database.

2. Download & Identify different custodians received based on where the disclosure came from and to what specific project it intends to disclose.

3. To process/enter bank lists received from different custodian banks and other data sources needed to prepare the Shareholder Identification reports.

4. In charge for producing worksheets for the report, i.e. Different Presentation of List of Shareholders by Region, Location, Investor Type & Investor Styles; New & Exited Investors Table, Fund Manager Information, etc. Produce relevant charts and tables.

5. Efficient coordination of tasks, accurate processing and report preparation

6. links Investment Managers to Beneficial Owner and correcting any data errors found.

7. Perform all other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

(1) Has very good data processing skills

(2) One opening for someone who knows how speak, read and write Mandarin on top of Filipino and English
